I think this is very disrespectful. For me, it's not even about the girl. It's about fucking with me. I could care less if this is a plate, hell, I've no concern for the relationship even if the plates gets another dick every now and then. Because after all, plates require very little effort that barely counts at all. And then this girl did this, as a prank. Hell no. If I will ever get into a relationship, I require a strict set of behavior. Because of the subtlety of the power play, I don't recommend explicitly laying them out because, in their eyes, it betrays your insecurity. They'll eventually use it against you, like, "I'll blatantly violate your freaking rules, you weakling. And you won't let me go oh so easily because you love me so much. I am just that above you." Read: I am the dick in this relationship. Just let your behavior so indirectly and subtly announce that if they fuck up, they're goners. That kind of shit sets the tone. By experience, it's more effective if there is real substance behind what the eyes could see. Now, if she violates your silent rules, it's easy to say for the girl, "It's unfair. You never said to me that I'm not allowed to flirt with other men to prank you. [Insert other shitty behavior there] *Add crying scenes, angry face, drama, or all, etc."
Cut that crap. Forget it, man. Don't even argue, she'll just drag you into a worthless whirlwind and make you emotional. It's not worth it. Your time and emotions are better spent on something you'd get something back in return, and drama should barely be on that list, if it should even be there at all. It's over. She already did that. If it takes those kind black and white written rules so she'd not act shitty, then she's not relationship material (see end note). And mind you, my friend, they know this shit regardless if there's a written rule or not. Their eyes and brains and ears are all so well attuned to the subtlety of relationship and power dynamics, that the slightest side glance from a girl 3 meters (9.84 ft.) away will not escape their eyes, or the smallest "How huge?" question when you're purchasing an iron bar won't slip by their ears as an innocent question. So if that kind of extreme subtlety can be a deal to them, how much more can they be aware of what is implied by flirting during dance rehearsals with some dude?
On the other side, I can play that shit to her as a prank. I can flirt with another girl as a prank and I can get away with it. And it's not fair to my favor. And that's how a relationship between a man and his chick should be.
End Note: I'm aware of the opposite theory where the man is supposed to tell the chick the rules he's expecting. But at this point, I'm still treading carefully on that territory. My take is this: If you try to inform her of your rules (in a variety of ways) where the main motivator for the initiative comes only from your side, and not in the presence of both of you and/or is deliberate, rather than coincidental, then to her eyes, I think, it betrays your insecurity. Why? Because it tells her that you worry about her loyalty and behavior in your absence. That's like a girl's thing. The insecurity can be uprooted from two sources: (1) You like her so much or/and more than she likes you. That shit's a turn-off. (2) She's your only source of relationship with a woman.
So to me, the only time that a rule can be explicitly talked about and it must be in passing, is when a stimulus that reminds you of that rule accidentally appears before both of you. For example, you can tell the chick that if she ever flirts with some dude as a prank, shit's over, if and only if you two happened to click that video while dicking around YouTube. Say it in passing and without even the slightest spite in your tone for maximum effect.
Lastly, the very point that I'm trying to make is to get the power dynamics behind this move, which is really very hard to discuss in terms of words. It's literally like how a picture can paint a thousand words. So once you understood the subtlety of the power dynamics, there is no need to stick to my suggestion in black and white.
EDIT: I'm aware that the YouTube channel mentioned is a prank channel, but we'll discount that on the discussion and use the information to simulate things (unless, they're not really in a relationship or that the whole thing even the reaction, is part of the setup). Because you know, reality can be even worse than this.
