Authors are just people too. Nobody knows everything so read every book with a grain of salt. Always think about everything first before you believe it. Everybody in this world is as clueless as you.

What the author meant in this book (but worded it badly) is that it is okey to have insecurities and fears. But you should speak them out, not avoid them. You should not put them in the back of your mind and never look at them, you should speak them out and act on them. Have fears, have insecurities but speak them out so you can go and resolve them.

I think thats true, if you have to lie and manipulate your way in you are probably very insecure.. hence weak.

Also this is a book for nice guys, a mirror held up to expose you beta ways whatever they may be, "nice guy" is basically a narcissist in many ways. Also TRP is about self betterment, not psychologically fucking with womens minds to get pussy.. you do you and the pussy comes.

If you are secure you should have no problem admitting your weaknesses, I wouldn't go spilling your guts about every little fear.. but if you want an LTR you should be comfortable enough to tell her some truths if asked.

i,e i;m not keen to skydive because i have a fear of heights since i fell off a tree when I was 6 etc, not just build up a false persona

Its not black and white like that. But to keep it simple, dont talk about that stuff with any Women unless you want to look weak. Think NMMNG says to find a 'safe person'. Ideally a brother that knows what you're going through.

NMMMG isnt Red Pill as such. Its more of a recovery tool for guys so blue it hurts.
