So my LTR of nearly 6 years is basically over. I've also recently gotten back to proper RP life and am committed to self improvement so I know I'll bounce back in time. But for some reason I cannot get rid of this boiling rage I'm feeling. I try to calm my mind and use stoic practices to move past it, but this anger has been going for a while now and it just won't disappear. I can't even point to a specific thing that could be causing it other than just the LTR ending in general.

How do you guys deal with anger?
