If anything, she's trying to build rapport with you. Why does everyone think everything out of a girl's mouth is a shit test?

A shit test is anything that is challenging your frame. Women do this all the time to test your character, to see whether you are a high value alpha or a low value beta. That conversation doesn't sound like a shit test, it just sounds like you are just having a general conversation over movies.
A classic shit test is something like, "How many girls have you slept with before me?". Responding to this and failing would be getting defensive, getting angry or responding with an actual answer. Any answer where you are entertaining the idea what she is saying is a fail. You need to recognize the test for what it is.
Possible ways to pass the test would be amused mastery, where you laugh and say something stupid back but don't give an actual answer. You could also agree and amplify, where you would respond by asking her how many guys she had been with while not giving an answer. As long as you maintain frame, you will pass the shit test.

I think so. You've got mystery, you don't answer the question directly and leave room for the wheel to spin. She could guess your n to be anywhere from 2-200, and her hamster will spin for days wondering what extreme it's closer to.
