If you have the money and surgery could improve your quality of life, go for it. Don't be a sheep and let others' opinions hold you back. Physical attraction is necessary to get girls and often determines whether you are perceived as confident or creepy.

I make people better looking for a living. Some of the confidence boosts that leaves my clinic esp 1 month post op is uncanny. It is what drives me to keep working and improving. Girls and guys who gained like 2 to 3 extra points on a 10 scale rating in looks definitely over time become more confident.

Plastic surgery will not change how you feel about yourself. There is a famous book called Psycho-Cybernetics that explains why plastic surgery doesn't work to improve your self image. I would read that book or watch a book review on Youtube.

If you have the money for a very good surgeon, why does it matter if you are naturally attractive or not? Doesn’t matter how you get there rather that you get there. Probably better if you can be happy with how you are naturally though, I’ll get surgery to remove the glands under my nipples eventually.

I don't see anything wrong with "Looksmaxing." Most Hollywood actors have had work done. Tom Cruise, especially, is widely thought to have been getting plastic surgery for most of his life. Besides, who is anyone to tell you what you should or shouldn't do? I don't think Donald Trump or any other Alpha who got surgery ever asked himself that question.

Personally, I wouldn't do it. Before you take such a drastic step, consider other possibilities. Most guy actually have attractive underlying facial structure. The problem is that the features are hidden under fat, or their pencil necks throw off the symmetry. The solution is to lift and get your body fat under control. Most likely that will solve all your problems without the need for medical intervention.

As a side note, I was very insecure about the size of my nose as a teenager. Eventually I kind of grew into it, and when I started getting laid some girls actually told me that it was a turn on because it made me look more dominant. So while I certainly have the financial means to get a nose job, the thought hasn't crossed my mind for a long time.

If it’s a minor surgery, have been planning for a long time, & u have the money, then go for it.

Just remember that changing the outside will not Completely change the inside. Sure u may have a tiny boost of confidence, but it will regress back to your true self unless that’s changed.
