As the title states, how much does your age affect your SMV and game, as well as how others and the dating market generally views you as you get a little bit older, around your early to mid-30s?

I live in the Midwest in a large metropolitan area, but the idea here is that you marry your high school sweetheart, have a kid around 22 and then that’s it.

I’m 25 currently and have no plans to have children in the near future. I do however plan to move out to LA soon and focus on continuing to build my career in tech and become financially independent, which will take a few years at least.

For those who live in LA or another large metropolitan area, what is the dating scene like for those over 30? How do people generally view you? I’m worried that by age 35 it’ll be weird to be at the club or at a bar or even at a rave or something, due to the fact that most people my age here in my hometown are already married and have a kid or have one on the way.
