Treat them like you would any other platonic female. Be respectful, funny, and charismatic. I used to work with 6 other women and was the only male. Now I work with 2 women who are both my boss. It’s pretty cool/fun, the one thing to not do is get involved in their petty gossip. Women love workplace gossip and shit talk, literally just nod and say “oh yeah” don’t agree with them or contribute to the shit talk. Other than that business as usual.

Act like a herb who has a girlfriend and loves her and is super beta.

Basically do everything to dry up vaginas by being boring, meek around them (not on the job and during crunch time honestly)

Female workers suck because if they sexually assault you they can report you for sexual assault and get you fired.

If you reject them you get fired, if you don’t and she gets mad because you don’t love her enoug, fired,

Future look for a lifestyle or a job where your interaction with them as work colleagues is minimal

Don’t shit where you sleep. Avoid flirting, try to change the topic if any of them do, & day that you’re seeing someone if any of them ask so that they can back off. It’s not worth the risk.

Just focus on your work & if any of them go to far then just say, “I’d like to keep it professional here as coworkers, Hopefully u can respect that”. & then ignore after that. It’s not worth the hookups when they fuck up your life in a few months.

In the workplace - after 20 years in it, I BIFF and grey rock women in the office. BIFF = brief, informal, friendly, factual. Grey rock is otherwise be as interesting as a grey rock to them. Keeps you out of HR issues and no #metoo BS from them towards you. And never be behind closed doors where you're the only guy in the room. Not even with multiple women. If you can manage it, have another dude (of like mind as you, not some guy trying to ingratiate himself to the females in the office), and keep that door open! No meetings in your or their office one-on-one. Head for a conference room, in public.

There are way too many women to play with outside work to risk letting some chick cause problems with how you make your living.
