Don’t be boring. Talk about yourself. I’m pretty similar to u, and I just talk about myself and girls like that since it’s comes off as “arrogant” which is seen as “high value” and entertaining at the same time since I know a lot of shit and have a awesome life to back up my words.

I’m usually quiet, but I’m confident enough to talk to strangers and approach some people. I’m more of a listener than a talker, so when i go on a date i ask questions and listen more than i talk about myself.

You can try to reveal a little more of your inner self but take it easy, dont just forcibly rip it out of yourself. Talking too less is better than talking too much and likely coming off as a tool. I actually think people like you who may feel they need to open up a little more are in better position than people who are too over the top who may need to cut it down a notch. Be sure to show body language that makes it known that you are comfortable. The worst is when quiet people look really anxious, super unconfident.

First off, there's nothing beta about wanting a LTR, it's a perfectly reasonable goal if that's what you want. Not all of us are out there to spin plates eternally. You should probably spin plates to get abundance and eventually promote a plate to LTR, but if LTR is your goal, RP can give you the tools to achieve that.

Second, it is good to remain mysterious, but you should also have instrinsic value in what you do and who you are. Give away enough to let them know that you're a high value male, but don't blab about yourself incessently. Example - I speak Spanish and used to live in Mexico, so I will drop that in at some point, but I won't go on about it, won't offer to teach them, etc. unless they ask.

You should also get them to talk a lot. I ask questions, I actively listen, I am a good conversationalist, I tease, I make them laugh, but I'm not a clown and I don't go on and on about shit. It's a balance, push and pull.
