Well, clearly, I will have a biased sample as only those who came back will answer this question. I just want to know what it is like to stop going on the subs/websites.
For me, I want to stop browsing the asktrp subreddit because, at this point, I can confidently say that I know all the theoretical basics. However, I need to apply them in order to be able to learn from them and formulate my own understanding of the world. The thing is, by being in this sub, I feel like I keep giving myself an excuse not to act as I get a sort of mental "high" from reading more and getting to know more things. I am wasting more most of my time theorizing rather than acting, which is a big problem. I think taking a break from browsing this sub and other related materials will make me more focused on the "acting" that the "theorizing."
