Women will do almost anything aside from the actual job at hand. They're awesome at filling up their time with useless shit "busy work" but horrible at the execution. That's one thing that really disappointed me. I get that in the places really hit by the pandemic you're not going to have personnel available for other medical stuff. That being said, watching these videos makes me think that not everyone was too busy to be fucking around instead of, you know, making themselves available for non COVID contingencies.

And I've been accused on social media of being a hypocrite who never goofed off at work. Well, I did, but mostly when we weren't swamped with work. When we were, we were able to sit down for 5 to 15 minute breaks for water or coffee and cigarette breaks, and perhaps some jokes or banter. But NEVER did we pull off intricate choreographed dances. Just doesn't happen. I really think that the people ok with this kind of behavior are the ones whining about Amazon "exploiting" their workforce by not allowing them bathroom breaks nilly willy, even though it's pretty much a standard in any self respecting company.

And speaking of, the gals on the next to last row, right side, were they doing the "no no square" dance? Anyone not knowing what I'm talking about, look it up on YouTube. It's this video sponsored by the Finnish government starring some officials doing a silly dance showing male refugees that they should not be touching the local female population, especially underage girls. It's pretty bad and not surprisingly, it went viral among the Tik Tok crowd.

Nurses are important enough, but i guess all the women chose not to become doctors, but nurses instead so they could have a chance on Doctor Chad.

This also may be a lack of better knowledge, but in cases where i knew who were the leader of the nurse team, the leader were a male nurse. Just a thought.

They all dropped out of the profession to have children and/or work on their hobbies. Now that the incoming crop of doctors is >50% female, this will create a huge shortage of doctors in the future. Male doctors won’t reap the benefits, though, as the gap will be filled by less qualified and cheaper mid level providers. This is a huge issue in Pakistan, where >70% of medical graduates are female. These women pursue the career only to boost their status for marriage prospects.
