I’ve been talking to and seeing this girl for a couple weeks. The other day she mentioned she had a rough day at work, they lost something and her boss said it was going to come out of her and the other employees check. She said she’s late on rent and needs to come up with $200. She didn’t directly ask me for it but I told her “I’m sure some other guys you talk to might be like don’t worry I’ll pay that, but that’s not me”. I guess I should have waited to see if she was going to directly ask me for $200 but I didn’t. Anyways she said “no I wasn’t asking you for money I just have to do uber eats now and I’ll still probably be short”

I’m not sure if she was genuinely just letting me know why she was stressed or if she was insinuating she could use some help. Either way the topic ended and we were just laying in her couch talking. She said I have two questions for you.

  1. Do you hit women or have you ever thought about it? Apparently her ex used to hit her. I just said no never.

  2. If I needed you to come over here and clean my apartment while I was at work one day, would you? I said “fuck that... right now definitely not. down the line, who knows, depends how often I’m over here contributing to the mess” She didn’t say much and just accepted it.

When she works it is a 14 hour day for her but my question is. This happened two days ago. I left her apartment as she was going to do uber eats. I didn’t hear from her the rest of that day. Yesterday she worked from 6am-8pm, didn’t hear from her yesterday. Today she works the same but has off tomorrow. Should I continue to wait for a response or should I show that I kind if care by texting her later and saying “how did everything go at work the other day?” cause she mentioned how her boss was pissed and she might get fired.

The main reason I’m waiting for her to text me is to see if she was only interested in me for financial reasons. But at the same time I do like this girl and think there is a possibility she may be wondering why hasn’t he texted me, he doesn’t even care if I got fired?
