I want to make one thing absolutely clear to you people eagerly awaiting the collapse of western society, and wish to hasten its decline by promoting Red Pill knowledge. Society is the only reason you are breathing right now.

This is the worlds population growth for the last thousand years. The problem should be self evident. We stayed consistently under a billion people for a long time. Once we hit the Industrial Revolution, the number of people our physical environment can sustain grew and our population grew massively to reflect that. If the system collapses, and we revert back to a pre-industrialized society a good 90 or so percent of us are fucking dead, period. The physical limits of our environment demand it.

If you're not going to make efforts to fix or participate in this profoundly fucked society before it crashes and burns, fine, I can understand that. You're a self-interested individual, I am too. But for the self-preservation of everyone involved, maintain the masquerade.

If you will permit me to nerd the fuck out for a moment, there's a great analogy I can draw to the setting of a tabletop game called Vampire: The Requiem. In it, vampires rely on the human population for sustenance and protection from the external environment (the sun, other supernatural beings). In vampire society they're three core vampire laws ranked in order of importance and severity of punishment called the Traditions. The third isn't relevant because it has to do with supernatural mumbo jumbo but the other two are interesting, to say the least.

The First Tradition: Masquerade

"Do not reveal your true nature to those not of the blood. Doing so forfeits your claim to the blood."

The Second Tradition: Progeny

"Sire another at the peril of both yourself and your progeny. If you create a childe, the weight is your own to bear."

There was a period of time within the setting where these laws weren't taken as seriously. They would flaunt their nature to the human world, and they would sire other vampires irresponsibly. The result being that the world of mortals that outnumbered them about 10000 to 1 turned their gaze to focus on the vampires in their midst and destroy them.

Only we won't be burnt like monsters, we will likely have increasingly restrictive and powerful legislation enforced upon us by the powers that be once we make a big enough ruckus. Whether you're a MGTOW, PUA, or anything in between, your lifestyle will be all but banned directly.

So I say this, maintain the masquerade, and dispense red pills at your own peril. You're pissing away the borrowed time we are all living on. While I certainly believe the Red Pill can be a positive force within the lives of many men, and I can understand the natural human desire for validation of your lifestyle via social proof of popularity, you must resist that temptation. Don't forget your place within this urban ecosystem.
