Thanks for the reply. As for the girl, that's what I'm doing, following the no contact for 60 days rule. If I'm not high value enough, where she wants to chase me, there is no point. It is better that I work on myself, and go for someone new. Some of that new relationship energy would be nice as well. As for my diet, it isn't that I failed keto, but that I reached my first goal, and decided to relax because of Chinese New Year. But then I never got back on.

Over the past couple of months, I got complacent. I let my diet go (I was doing great on keto), I didn't do much exercise, and I let my frustrations at work get in the way of being a good leader. And I let one of my relationships go stale, without taking actions to put the fire back into it. So yesterday she said she no longer wants to see me, and needs to move on. I know I have only myself to blame, and I know I need to work harder on improving myself. I'm gonna let her go, and practice abundan…

Make it a habit to talk to girls and flirt with them. All of them, always. Especially the ones you are barely interested in. This is a good way to get into good habits without high risk. When you're walking on campus, smile to every girl you see. Wink at the cute ones. When you go to the mall, smile at the girls working there and make a little joke with them. Not to try and get dates this way, but just to raise your confidence, and build good habits. Edit: Watch this https://www.youtube.com/watc…

It is what it is. Reality doesn't care about fair or equal. The Red Pill is about seeing reality as it is, and using that knowledge to our advantage. You don't have to change. But you might not get the results you want, unless you do. But really, it's up to you. If you don't want to play by nature's rules to get laid, you can choose MGTOW.

Our women actually look up to us and respect the patriarchy. But that only applies to Asia, where there aren't any ugly Asian hoes who not only ride the carousel, but exclusively on white horses. Go to any bar in Asia that is frequented by white westerners, and you'll find droves of local Asian hoes riding the white cock carousel. Don't fool yourself.

Many of the core red pill truths are human nature, formed by millions of years of evolution. So they can be observed in all human cultures. Recommended practices may need more fine-tuning to the specific culture you're living in.

Once I get her out of my mind, I'll find it easier to do new things. No, it's the other way around. Start doing new things. Pick up new activities. Meet new people. And that way you'll get her out of your mind. If necessary, force yourself to be too busy to think about her.

Embrace it! You have few responsibilities and lots of time to do whatever you want. You're already going to the gym, right? Approach anyone. Flirt with anyone. Nothing more needs to happen. Just get more comfortable with that first step. And push yourself. Adopt the three second rule: don't give yourself more than three seconds to decide whether to approach. Just do it. Don't give yourself time to think about it.

It depends what kind of feminist she is. Is she just a follower who has drunk the koolaid and is feminist because it's the pc thing to do? Or is she a tumblerina level activist that has her Facebook full of feminist slogans blaming the patriarchy for everything? If the latter, then run. The first type may be amenable to more realistic insights, if you keep up your frame.

/r/askTRP04/12/15 03:51 AM

This is the key. She wants sex, but she needs to give the impression she's a good girl and not an easy slut. Also, she wants plausible deniability. Keep escalating. Unless she gives you a clear no, keep moving closer to full sex.
/r/askTRP03/12/15 10:58 PM

I think you need to study the TRP sidebar material more. With this girl you need to be clear about what you want: casual FWB? exclusive gf? If you can't keep your jealousy under control, and she would like to keep fucking around, it may be better to just let her go. You've given her the power over how you feel...
/r/askTRP03/12/15 10:49 PM

To add to this, yes, there are a lot of angry men here who've been badly hurt. But the drive of this place is to become better men, and to understand how relationships really work. That way we can avoid being hurt like that again, and have more fulfilling relationships.

You have oneitis and lost frame. Classic blue pill mistakes. You said you were casual with this girl (which was a good start), so she's free to do what she wants. Jealousy has no place here. Acquire abundance mentality.

I am married. She cooks and cleans, and is passionate about sex. She gives me respectability in this traditional Asian society I live in, and it makes me "safe" around women and children in the eyes of others. Also, she lets me have my flings on the side (as long as they are discreet), and those girls in turn do not expect too much, since I'm already married.

It is difficult, because it is a lifestyle change. Habits that you've had for most of your life will need to radically change. While the solution is straightforward (eat less, eat better, exercise more), it is difficult to keep the motivation and discipline to keep doing that, as bad habits are deeply ingrained. So find what motivates you, and keep that constantly in mind. When you falter, don't beat yourself up, but get back on track. In the meantime, don't give a fuck about women and how they …

If you love sex, go wild but only within the context of a monogamous relationship. Or go wild, and have sex with as many partners as you want. The Red Pills advice begins to break down once you get past the plate stage. LTRs, Marriage, and Children are all anathema to the Red Pill philosophy. You are wrong. TRP is about sexual strategy and seeing gender dynamics as they really are. This extends to LTRs, marriage, and parenting as well. Just because the demographics in this sub are severely skewed towards young white 20-somethings in North America, doesn't mean those topics are anathema. There actually are dedicated Red Pill subs for th…

/r/TheRedPill05/05/15 10:39 PM
1

Yes, it's definitely a shortcut. Back in the UK I only had very moderate success dating younger girls. Most of them wouldn't even look at me. But here I stand out because I'm tall and white, and loads of girls are interested. It's a great boost to self-confidence and abundance mentality. And those qualities make one even more attractive.
/r/TheRedPill04/05/15 11:19 AM
1

Sure there is! I consider myself to be pretty average back home. But I work on improving myself, and my confidence is skyrocketing. I moved to China, where being white adds to my SMV, and have been dating mostly 20-somethings. And now, in my mid-40s, I've landed a local pretty girl half my age, with traditional attitudes, which includes letting me have a piece on the side.

In the US maybe, but go to any other country, and I'd say especially East Asia, and there are lots of good-looking girls available.

It depends on the looks and qualities of the man in question. For an above average man in his 40s, it is certainly possible to catch an above average quality girl in her 20s.

Because being white is the beauty standard here. It adds several points to your perceived SMV. Plus, being a foreigner makes you more interesting, more likely to be adventurous, and in many Asian countries it's also assumed you're rich.

TRP isn't fertility negative or positive in itself. It simply promotes seeing reality as it is. What you do with that knowledge is up to you. If children align with your life goals, go for it. If they don't, get a vasectomy. Who cares? We're men here. We can make our own decisions.

Lots of good stuff here, but I don't completely agree. To me, happiness is the most important thing in life. I may have all the power and all the poon in the world, but if I'm unhappy, all that amounts to little. I would say that power, and money, and sex, are tools that can increase our happiness. But they are not end goals.

Watch Amy Cuddy's TED talk about body language. Practice power posing for 2 minutes every morning and evening. Start lifting if you don't already do so. Eat healthy, sleep well, limit alcohol. Pick up a new hobby. If possible, volunteer at a dog kennel. Dogs require you to be dominant, to be the alpha, or you will lose control over them. Become the bad ass mofo you admire.

I definitely have. I used to be a typical Nice Guy, but that didn't work so well for me. It took me years to discover certain truths, and I started looking out for myself more and more. Don't use Axe. And whatever you use, don't use too much of it. People should only smell it when they're in your personal space. Old Spice is a favourite, but doesn't work for me personally. Nivea has some decent products that don't cost that much. As for a scent, try Eau de Cartier, or something from Hermes. Even better, go to a quality shop and ask for samples. Just treat her like a friend, like an orbiter. Of course she flirts with you, as all women should, since you are just that awesome. If she does things that annoy you, like force herself on your lap, then be firm with her and don't allow it. In such cases you need to train her like a child. Tell her for example that's she's not your girlfriend, so she shouldn't be hogging your lap, and make room for girl X, or girl Y.
/r/askTRP11/01/15 11:24 PM

Once you understand women, know their psychology, you will know the answer. What they say is highly situational, and expressing their feelings, which are very changeable. It's exactly because "TRP is just science" that it's antithetical to religion. Believing without evidence is putting feels over reals. Let that rationalization hamster spin as much as you want, there is no way that religion fits into just looking at reality as it is.
/r/TheRedPill06/01/15 11:02 PM

Have you seen the video of the conversation of Dawkins and Dennett after the latter's close brush with death? I found that inspiring. It gets easier as you're more confident and have more to offer. I've also found I get more selective. You're not the victim, that's just shifting blame. Keep improving yourself, keep upping your game. You just didn't try hard enough. See what you can change that might give you better chances. Bars and clubs are not the best places to find girlfriend material. Get into activities where you can meet other kinds of girls: rockclimbing, dance lessons, cooking course, debate club, volunteering, etc. On the other hand, stop trying to find validation from a girlfriend. You should be happy with yourself…

To me, it doesn't matter. I'm in my mid-40s and don't keep that a secret. And I don't make a big deal out of it. Then again, I live in a society where big age differences are more accepted (Asia). They usually guess I'm a lot younger. But it does happen that it puts some girls off, but then I just think it's their loss. Abundance mentality FTW. I disagree. Buddhism is a very bleak view on life, and its solution (detachment) to its perceived problem (being attached to life causes suffering) basically makes living meaningless. Go to the gym and work out hard. Remind yourself to be stoic about your discomfort. Tomorrow is another day. Flirt with some girls. Make jokes. Go for a drink with a buddy. Listen to some great music, or see a good movie, or read a good book. Plan a date. Get a massage.

By nature we're not monogamous. There's nothing wrong with wanting to have multiple partners. The problem is when there are expectations of exclusivity, and people get hurt. Be honest. You're a man who wants what he wants. But keep your word. Don't promise anything you don't intend to keep. Go for the kind of life you want. Girls will either accept and respect that, or walk away. Have an abundance mentality, keep your frame, and you'll find the right kind of partners.

Don't promise exclusivity. Having a LTR is fine, if that's what you want. But keep your options open, and don't go full exclusive. Then you remain honest, and don't have to cheat when you want to fuck another girl.

The only way to verbally show your interest is to ask her on a date, using the word date. Other than that: show, don't tell. Get her out on a date, have a fun time together, and escalate physically.

I spent time there and learnt helpful things, that eventually got me to TRP. But: Can I trust it [...]? No. You need to be really discerning. I'm not a fan of nofap either, they seem too extreme to me, almost cultish. But in my experience it definitely helps to avoid or minimise both masturbation and porn. I treat my plate more like a girlfriend. I tried the no texting between meets, but it didn't work for us, because it created too much emotional distance between us and lowered attraction. I like to keep her thinking about me every day. I keep it all highly sexual, but I throw in some remarks to make her feel safe and cared for. This gives her more feels and keeps her turned on. I agree. The Red Pill for me is about waking up to the truth, whether that is uncomfortable or not. This should apply to all things, to all aspects of my worldview. The best way we have to arrive at the truth is the scientific method, because it's rigorously rational, based on observation and evidence, deep analysis, forming models and theories that will be fact-checked and improved or discarded in the light of new evidence. That's what we do here in TRP too, we look at the evidence, we see what…

The problem with religion is dogma. There are core beliefs that are not open for discussion, not open for a reality check, that you have to accept on faith. They go against reason, against what we know about reality. But they form the core of its worldview, and often of the believers' identity. This is inherently unreasonable, and therefore dangerous. The idea that faith can, nay should, trump reason, enables extremist violence as we can see the world over.

Atheism doesn't need to be reactionary. It can simply be accepting the truth for what it is (and that is the core of the red pill to me): there is simply not enough evidence for anything supernatural, for any of the proposed deities of the various religions. When one looks at things rationally, without emotional reasoning (hamstering), then the conclusion is straightforward.

Read Sex God Method. You don't have to have rough sex all the time, as long as you keep engaging her feelings. It might actually be good to change things up, try different styles, and give her a variety of experiences. If she is attracted and does want sex all the time, she might just be dreading you would drop her if she can't keep up with you. So it would be a good thing to have her okay to fuck other girls too.

Many people feel like this at one point or another during their life. In my opinion you need goals. Set both long term goals and short term ones. It should give you satisfaction to achieve those. But more importantly you need to find your core "mission," the drive that makes your life worth living. Think about the experiences that have made you most happy, and the things that you would like to be remembered for at the end of your life. You're wrong. It's in our nature as men to spread our seed, to crave variety. That doesn't change as you grow older. I don't think you have a full picture of red pill theory. It is about describing the dynamics of relationships in reality. Of course this includes LTRs and marriage. All people, regardless of what kind of relationships they are after, can benefit from RP theory. Yes, the reality of modern western society is heavily stacked against men when it comes to marriage.
