I've just recently discovered this world and it's ringing true in so many ways. I'm nearly 44 and after a lifetime of being mainly beta I've started standing up for myself properly. I'd like this new attitude to feed through into my failed love life as well but the advice I see seems mainly aimed at young men.

I would like hot young women throwing themselves at me but most women that age seem to be hostile to older men hitting on them. I keep being told I should go for women my own age but to be honest I don't find them most of them attractive plus they all want or have kids which puts me off.

I'm tall and quite athletic and supposedly young looking and good looking so is there any advice you can give me about being a better man in order to be more attractive to someone who isn't going to hassle me about marriage and kids on the second date.
