Gyms aren't open, so right now, my daily workout is:

max sets of max reps of decline pushups (with weight vest)

5 sets of ab bicycles

50 bodyweight squats with weight vest

max sets of max reps of pull ups

5 sets of max reps 30 lb overhead dumbell press

I'm in a daily1000 calorie deficit to lose fat. I was thinking about doing this workout twice a day instead of one, to make sure I don't lose any muscle because my calorie restriction is pretty aggressive. Is this a good idea?
