I get a feeling for what I feel is loneliness now.

When covid started I was living alone for about a month or so with almost zero contact with friends, family and people in general. I never felt lonely and was content being left to my devices.

Now that I'm at a different college (living alone again), I sometimes have days where I feel lonely. I've been very active in my jiu jitsu gym, and have a couple plates now.

I'm more social yet get a feeling of loneliness sometimes, usually when I'm studying all day

I notice when girls break things off I have this feeling as well

Does this happen to anyone else? Is it possible that all this new social stimulus has become the new normal and deprivation causes loneliness?

Any thoughts appreciated, and advice on how to deal with the every once and a while "lonely" feeling
