I’m not sure how women’s minds work. I would say that it is possible for them to be re-attracted to someone they were attracted to previously. However, it would require a lot of exposure to attractive behaviours and physical characteristics, more so than with a fresh girl who you have no previous history with. However, some part of me guesses that this would be a huge task, because she has already resigned you to being unattractive in her eyes and so she would have cognitive dissonance or tend to believe that you are “faking it” rather than being genuinely attractive.
