You can take care of your skin care to make it more bright/vibrant.

The only way to make your skin lighter is by bleaching it like celebs such as Beyoncé and Rihanna. It’s extremely damaging though.

Why do you feel such a strong need to change your skin?

Don’t lighten your skin. Embrace it. Plenty of darkskin niggas getting pussy especially in today’s age. Your best bet is getting a better body.

Aim for healthy skin that pops though with good diet particularly less fruits more greens.

You're better off being dark and confident instead of light and insecure. If you're attractive, it doesn't matter how dark or light you are if you're trying to get laid. Perhaps focus on that, and understand that if you swear that you have trouble because of your skin color, then move somewhere else.

There’s whitening cream that you can use. I don’t know how effective it is but there’s testimonials online. Idk about any home remedies though.
