Hey gents

I have a plate who keeps flaking on me. I would drop her but we sext all the time and she does live somewhat far (30 minute drive) and she does have a lot of responsibilities but it seems like she’s getting too comfortable just blowing me off. She said she likes me and is sexually interested however when it comes to hangout I get a long text about how she can’t. So I make plans again but same thing she blows it off. Is there a way I can get her to agree to a hangout time respectfully without her flaking? I would drop her but she sends me nudes almost at the drop of the hat so there is potential. For reference we hung out only twice, both times just got food, in the past 6 months.
