So I've been married for 13 years. Two kids, house, a fairly active sex life for having been married as long as we have & with 2 young children, financial stability, & I truly believe she loves and cherishes me. All in all life is good..Buuut, one thing bugs me: she doesn't appear to believe in me. Every time I come up with an idea about some business venture I'm considering pursuing, it seems she comes up with a way to diminish it, a way to tell me how it won't work, and generally isn't very supportive. Am I relying too much on her validation? I feel like I should just stop talking about it, and pursue my goals regardless of whether she believes in me or not. Anybody else run into this sort of thing?
