I took it as a compliment, whatever hell it was. For the first time in a while, it felt unexpected but nice, and I wasn't looking for any hidden meaning or past resentments as I was doing with all compliments about looks, wardrobe, physique, or anything else. For a second, I questioned whether keeping it all in plain sight was a way of seeking validation and started to overthink it, but ultimately, I just shut it down because I don't think it's relevant at the moment. That's a lot of thinking ab…

While those statements sound like improvements, they also might just be driven by menstrual cycle and age in general as we soon have to decide if there is gonna be a child or not. Also they are just words, I haven’t met the ‚sexy wife‘ during sex yet, so I keep pushing. Just make sure you stay out of her head. Things are what they are, don't worry about analysing the why. If you do, you're now doing it for her, not for yourself.

I see your point for the most part when its small things, but for the overarching relationship is there no guidance? Don't fuck other women unless that's chill, don't maliciously manipulate, lie, STFU, etc. There is no guidance. I don't understand how this is difficult. There was a series on dark triad triats back in the day. Use whatever tool you want. Up to you if you want to use that particular tool or not. We literally have a rule called 'no moralising' for this exact reason.

I don't think there IS a focus on morality here. It's praxeology. It's like asking if its moral to use a screwdriver or a hammer to fix a pipe.

Your question is not dumb It is dumb, and you are also dumb. Do you think he should go be moral (and chaste lmao) because you told him to? And if it doesn't work out, does he get to come back to you and complain that you ruined his life? Fucking retards.

No it's like going into the town square and yelling 'What's right and wrong?' You deserve whatever answer you get.
/r/askMRP29/07/26 03:39 AM

We can't dictate your morals for you. Your question is dumb because you're asking it. Why would you ask a bunch of internet strangers about whether moral sense of right and wrong derived from Christianity is appropriate or not? Isn't that your call to make? Do you want me to tell you how your moral code should work? Do you not see how ridiculous it is to even consider asking that question?

It's nice to want things. I don't see any plan on how to get what you want. But I suspect it felt nice to say these things. That little dopamine hit but without the work.

This reminds me of a night out with a good friend of mine in our early twenties, both into all the old mystery stuff etc. We were walking around the city quite intoxicated in between bars. We'd chatted to a few girls as we walked, but we both got completely caught up in the absurdity of the whole thing. So we started exhuberantly yelling to eachother 'This is supposed to be FUN!', acting like we weren't having a good time and losing it in laughter. This was while we had two random girls with us.…

None of her actions are anything other than evidence that there is a change in the relationship, if that makes sense. You are looking to her reactions to gauge whether or not you are making progress. Are you doing this for her, or for yourself? Because at the moment this is coming across as the dancing monkey attraction program.

I will be honest, hit my ego, but I will read it once again with an open mind. That was my intent. I poked there for a reason. You kept your ego in check in the reply. Good. Freeing myself but not fully. Whatever I am doing now I do not feel I am putting a new mask, its authentically what I want. But I still have fear that is stopping me from fully breaking the mask I put on myself for years. Your job is to understand what you are afraid of. And then find the way to let go of it. Man kisses a girl and spirals when it doesn't go anywhere. Trying to figure out what I’m feeling: guilt, disappointment, rejection? No fucking clue. You're feeling a lack of options. But this girl was younger and hotter, but probably also a wreck And now you're hoping you can post-hoc rationalise your way into why being rejected is a good thing.

This makes me think about 'chasing the dragon'. I've realised that I can affix value to the games that are hardest to play (based on my own interpretation). The value itself doesn't exist. But the drive to play those games is incredibly strong, as if I've apportioned value there purely because of the challange. If I can catch that dragon, then I'll prove to myself xyz. When I play and successfully chase the dragon, I realise that I never actually wanted the dragon, I just thought I wanted it. On…

She tried to draw me into a discussion and I just smirked. I got rejected and it made me angry so I pretended that it didn't matter by incongruently smirking because I've heard smirking is a good trick. but then I lost control and blew my load. I stopped, and she responded “oh we’re done.” I'm bad at fucking. I got up, cleaned myself up and went to bed , not saying another word. And I'm ashamed of myself. Good job building something. If people don't add value, then what motivation do I have to help them? Especially if they won't even help themselves by doing the most basic of shit, e.g. a quick search through the sidebar. Everyone thinks that their situation or issue is so unique that it needs a specific response. There are no specific responses. There's just the praxeology for which there isn't a 'right' answer, just an answer that works for you. And that information is on the sidebar. If you wa…

Moving in the right direction, but there's a way to go before you move from 'Trying not to do things that I shouldn't do' to 'Doing what I want to do'. For you it might be worthwhile pondering what you actually want, and trying to seperate that from doing things for validation. There's a needle to thread here to seperate the two, as 'what you want' is effectively 'validation'. But if you were to be validated from your own choices and actions, the world opens up to you.

The weekly own your shit thread is the only part of this sub that actually matters, and it remains active. It's where actual work is done. It's the lurkers and those who don't put in the work (i.e. those who aren't in OYS) who seem to think the lack of new posts is a sign the sub is dead. Dead, dying, not dead - it's all irrelevant. If the OYS thread remains active, then there's work being done.

Sex and the obsession thereof Apart from that, here's a fun thing to remember. You decide to be moody. Nobody makes that decision for you. Firstly, that mission reads like a gay wish list. Secondly, its clear the only thing you really care about is whether or not your wife will have sex with you. The first four headings are just a bunch of regurgitated words that aren't interesting. The fitness heading is some words about how you're doing something there, righto cool. The last heading is where the 'meat' is, and unsurprisingly it's not interesting either. Plugging along indeed. You're just coasting, doing the bare minimum, hoping t…

It's not a joke. If she's not happy then she's free to leave. That's it. That's as far as the conversation needs to go on your end. But instead: I let it be known I’m not responsible for her feelings You engaged. The implicit meaning behind 'feel free to fuck off (leave)' is there's an easy way for her to deal with all these negative feelings. She can leave, and infact, you would want her to, because ultimately you want her to be happy right? And if she doesn't, then she's made her own choice an…

There was an older gentleman here who was not having any sex and his wife had cheated on him. By the end of it, his wife (practically a grandma) was blowing him while he was driving and acting like a typically slutty woman. Age is not a factor. Yes, menupause presents some unique challenges, but it is not a major factor. A woman who knows the man she is with is her best option, and is encouraged to be free with her deep desires is a woman who is happily getting fucked. The notes remain the same …

I introduced a daily chore chart for my oldest a year ago, which has been successful. Each completed task earns a point that can be spent on rewards, like video game time, and all tasks need be completed in order to play with friends. Tasks include packing lunch for school and cleaning the bedroom. Is there a reason that playing with friends is the stretch goal? I would've thought it would make more sense to flip those around - video game time as the stretch goal, playing with friends as the eas…

I am delegating more at work and at home. It often takes twice as long to accomplish a task while overseeing it than for me to just do it alone, but the won't improve with investment. The thing about writing is that you need to outline the journey that you're going to take the reader on, and then provide signposts along the way. Additionally, you typically write something when you're trying to bring a new perspective or build and/or challenge an existing concept. If I got this right, the only 'new' thing you added was the 'learn from rabbits' concept, which you approached in your third paragraph and then that's about as far as that ever went. It's interesting to me that when people discuss sex with a high degree of detail (i.e. 3KL sensitivities), it very quickly becomes apparent that the actor in the story is 'she'. Most men are fucking with the intent of maximising their partners enjoyment. And yet, women prefer when men go get theirs and use them rather than seek to focus on them. Why is this the case? For some, it's certainly because they want to encourage their wives to have more sex by providing a positive experience for them. …

I took it as an opportunity to have sex somewhere other than the bedroom, so I led her to the living room. Yup, DEVI and all that, lets continue. I wasn't excited for some reason, though. I knew I was going to go through with it, but the whole day I was in work mode doing college, not even thinking about sex. Ok... you don't have to say yes to sex. You have that option, righ…

I held frame That can't be true if the following is also true Inside, I was struggling not to fucking nuke everything. Therefore one of those statements is true, and one is not. But it's not surprising. If you have to say that you held frame, then you never really had frame to begin with. Shark week. before it started I attempted to live out a situation I’d daydreamed earlier in the day when thinking about how to dial up the DEVI, it involved restraints and a blindfold, neither of which are new, but once I had her set I slipped some AirPods in and started playing a chosen playlist to take away that sense too. Putty in my hands, something to bring into rotation now and then for sure. Sex and the obsession thereof

No. You're deep in the anger phase. Read all of your comments in OYS this week. It becomes clear pretty quickly. This is a lot of work to get mediocre sex with an aging woman you’ve fucked a thousand times already. Humans aren’t meant for lifelong monogamy. Just fuck a new chick. Bite the bullet, divorce and move on. It starts with projecting. Most of the reports I see on here where guys successfully get sex from the wife, sound exhausting. You initiate, get a no, push forward, sometimes more no…

I fucked up and got myself Elden Ring when I purchased the PS5 for the kids during Christmas. It has been a distraction, but is also teaching me about failure. Fucking lol - it teaches you about failure? What, the fact that you're wasting time playing games when you don't have your shit together? I guess that is teaching you about failure. Hot tip. I play games as well. But I don't feel guilty about it like a little bitch because my shit is under control.

I'm going to go and see what a marriage in my frame looks like, what I want, and then I'm going to operate from there. The fuck does this even mean? You don't put the marriage in 'your frame', you simply 'have frame' in general. There's just one frame. That's it.

This is a reasonable thing to say in most cases, especially where guys put in effort, see result and go 'job well done!' and then watch it evaporate in front of them. The second is the more realistic response, targeted at…

I think we should start giving people a pat on the back and a lot more credit for being brave enough to post their victim pukes. It takes a lot of courage to come out and tell a bunch of internet strangers what a bitch their wife is for not fucking them. Sounds a lot like a testicular cancer meeting. I hope your bosom is warm and your shirt is dry, bitch tits bob. what a bitch their wife is for not fucking them. Have you ever considered that they are the type of men who are not worth fucking?

So we're doing this again. I guess we were due, it's been about six months. The rule of thumb for MRP posts is 'can someone read this and get value from it?' The majority of posts are removed by auto moderator before they even make it to the sub, because they fail to meet the low bar that is set. Those that do make it through are either victim pukes or asking basic questions that should be asked on /r/askMRP. In essence, they don't add value. I have, and continue to encourage those people postin…

Lots of talk of boundaries, no enforcement of boundaries. So what you have aren't boundaries, they're 'things you don't like but tolerate'. Congratulations. You've just shifted the dynamic. This is what happens when an attractive man who knows what he wants and refuses to accept the old dynamic any longer provides a door for his wife to walk through. It comes back to the question that is asked often but rarely understood. What do you want? The answer is usually something mundane. It's 'I want that which I currently don't have', be it more sex, a wife who doesn't nag etc. Once you achieve that there's a period where men are briefly happy. And then it fades. Then it's on to the next thing - that didn't satisfy me, so what else could I want? And so it is that men can end up chasing the dragon, not realizing that they are the dragon. Most men st…

The tools are simply tools. The more you use them, the better you get at knowing which tool to use and when. Eventually, you stop thinking and just do what you want. In this situation, I wouldn't have fogged. You were asked for your opinion. You provided it. She doesn't get to bitch that she doesn't like it. In my world that's a boundary cross and gets dealt with as such. Fogging is a 'make it go away' tool. It's non aggressive and non confrontational. It has its place, and it's a good tool too.…

blanket banning of anyone who remotely hurts an admins feelings or disagrees with them publicly This doesn't happen. The only people who get banned are those who break the rules (primarily no value add, moralizing or giving shitty advice) and people who create new accounts to circumvent their bans. I know quite a few dudes who were banned by merely insinuating an admins point was wrong. I'd have to see examples to believe this is the case.

Commit to whatever you want, just don't lie to yourself and us about it. It's nice to commit to things. Feels good, doesn't it? That resolve? You don't deserve those feelings until you've actually accomplished something. You don't get to feel good about saying you're going to do something. Do things, don't talk about doing them.

We can play with definitions if you like, but I don't think there's much value to be had. If I'm trying to assemble a table from Ikea, and I read the instructions on how to do so, is it the author of the instructions who is helping me? If I build it wrong, do I blame the guy who wrote the instructions? Now if the guy who wrote the instructions came around my house and helped me build that table, he's actively helping me. That's what I consider 'men helping men'.

We continue to argue about where we want to ultimately live and if we should move for my career. We are arguing hypotheticals at this point however (there is no imminent opportunity or job offer on the table), so these discussions are probably a waste of time and I should stop them. Following up last week's work with this week's masterpiece. This is excellent execution. The underlying premise of "Well, what did you expect would happen" is the only honest way to approach this. Your game is pretty hit and miss, but I don't think anyone can hold that against you since you successfully pulled and closed a girl in the same day. Not sure how I could have handled a comfort test better. At the store, I rubbernecked hard mid-sentence to check out a woman during a relatively deep and vulnerable conversation. It was painfully obvious. I joked, hugged and told her she has my full attention now. Then I stopped and stared at a dessert and said "See, I get distracted by other tasty treats, too." Then in the parking lot I kept staring at her tits while we walked home and told her I also check her out. Yeah this is dumb. It's alre…

Last week's men's group was promising. Weekly meetings are virtual, which I hate, although each member hosts an in-person event each year, so there's potential. Most guys were absent due to end summer vacations, but the group appears well organized and resourced. What are you getting out of this? It's not a loaded question. Still enjoying planned time with the kids. The side effect of being the fun parent is they always want my attention, which can wear me down pretty quickly. This is cool, and …

Mostly because its hard work organising shit and if you can't be relied upon, then you've got nothing to add. Quick way to lose friends.

That evening, when we were drinking, cooking, and having fun together, I straight up asked her why she’s less interested in cumming these days. She responded that she’s just never been a very sexual person, and that it’s ‘too much work for too little reward’. She's just never been a very sexual person with you. It seems like I’m establishing a situation where I am able to get off with my SO more frequently, but she has no interest in being pleasured. She has no interest in being pleasured by you…

"Get busy building your own frame and life and unapologetically create the sex life you want." I really didn't want to say don't eat paint. Frame, mental point of origin, be attractive etc. are all prerequisites to this. This entire post is pretty much my example of 'build the life you want'. My wife still won’t fuck me. Last time I had sex was in early August last year. Sunday was funny in this respect, because it was so transparent. She sensed an initiation about to come and decided to thwart it by picking a fight about something that had absolutely no base in reality. The second she got started, I knew exactly what she was doing. I could see it in slow motion. So again, no sex this week. Go find someone else to have sex with then. You don't get to make her the gatekeeper for sex a…

If I had to guess you're probably an engineer or a programmer. Your whole mindset is approaching this from the angle of 'i don't like how my wife responds so I'm going to make some changes and hopefully she'll respond differently'. Think about it this way. If you could go out and get laid tonight, would you really give a shit that your wife is disgusted by you?

I didn't realise we were playing MRP lingo bingo this week. Maybe try saying something of substance rather than trying to say the right slogans to fit in. Especially since you still have no fucking idea what a shit test is.

Keep running that dancing monkey program. When in doubt, double down. Also: A question for the MRP group, I understand the recommended MRP workflow is [lift, STFU, sidebar, OYS]. What would be the weightings of importance or impact for each of these? My thinking [lift (60%), STFU (10%), sidebar (10%), OYS (20%)] Fucking lol.

I feel like I'm dragging myself out of failure and towards being a functioning adult, at which point I'll be better placed to think long-term. Sounds like a reasonable goal to me. What I'm curious about is when do you know you've reached that point? a life which is not governed by fear. Fear can be a good thing. Fear of the unknown means that you're living near your edge. However, too much fear and you'll descend into chaos. Courage is doing that which makes you afraid. Doesn't mean that you don…

Gaming the girl at the buffet - pretty big of you to sit down with her. It's not a loss, it's further along than you were before. Yup was thinking the same thing. This was a big win. A loss would've been 'I thought about talking to her but decided it was too awkward etc.'

So close. For some reason my sex drive is really low at the moment. I don’t feel attracted to her and just don’t feel like sex with her at all, kind of just want her to go away. She hasn’t done anything so I’m not sure where this is coming from. I think it’s just having been in isolation with her, and all the court shit but fuck, who knows. I mean, you already said it. Resentment is my own fault What a shock. Resentment makes you less attracted to the person you resent. I've not kept up with you…

Despite being in quarantine, I've managed to lose 8 lbs with OMAD over the week. It's a bit uncomfortable at times but I'm becoming excited by the progress. Quarantine got 1 proper gym session before locking down. I went for a few runs and did some dumbell sessions at home. Cool. This is good discipline. Very easy to use it as an excuse to take a break. I'm sure I'll join you in quarantine once omicron is let rip in WA.

If you can't value what you have in front of you, how do you expect her to give you her best? It's clear she is losing interest as you are withholding commitment. You need to marry her. This way, she'll take the relationship seriously, and is likely to lose the weight and become more attractive to be worthy of you. I've read countless stories from MRP of poor relationships being fixed by marriage. You'd be surprised how much things will improve when she's got that ring around her finger.

The question is inherently flawed. No one vision of what a good husband may be is the same from one man to the next. The whole point is for you to figure out what you want. The fact you ask is a clear indication of your mindset or lack thereof. Wanting a nice definition, a clear guide. Something you can understand and try emulate. Something you can LARP. When you get it, you'll realise that only one person gets to define what 'good' is. You'll probably read this and go 'oooh' but no, trust me. Y…

I've had offers from a few other places this year, one only a few weeks ago. They offer significantly higher salary. Equity is also an option for the other places, but not in the same ballpark as my current job. Equity is where real money is made. Salary isn't as appealing to me. Sex: Your wife is working to improve your sex life, but you're too busy being worried about dumb MRP concepts to just do what you want. I got in the mood quickly, and told her I didn’t want to make love I wanted to fuck. Why? Because its some cool alpha dominant thing to say? His wife asked mine if she considers me an alpha male, she said no. Why write this, why does it fucking matter? Rule whatever number, I don't care - 14 days for writing about shit that doesn't matter.

Why can't you shut your damn mouth whenever you talk to your wife? It seems like every time she says anything, you respond with some long ass diatribe trying to show how alpha you are and how much you really don't need her. I imagine a conversation in your house goes like this. 'Can you pass me the coffee?' 'I could pass you the coffee, but really I don't want to be in a relationship with someone who expects coffee to be passed when asked. I want a woman who understands her own worth, who can st…

Some might very well tell me “None of that shit matters, Alphalfa. Rule 9! Watch what is done, not what is said.” But without the context, I think what was actually done since the above conversation would not have the relevant context needed. Rule 9. You tried to get around it by saying 'Wife' but its still the same thing. I've heard the 'context' argument so many times.

An empty thread. To be fair its better than most posts on here. Edit: Just checked your post history, you're spamming this shit on a bunch of boards. No value added.

I need to STFU more. I'm better at it than I was, but I still have a long way to go. I talk for a living, so I need to remember to shut that off when I go home at night. My default has always been verbal diarrhea, and I would fill any void in conversation with chatter. There's nothing wrong with talking. It's what you talk about that matters. If you're dumping feels, stress, worries all over your wife, that is dumb and you should stop. If you're just talking about things in general, that is fine…

I'd rather read an honest OYS like that instead of something fake. Agreed. It's raw and ugly. But it's the unvarnished truth 'at the moment'. Sometimes the only way to move on is to break it down and rebuild.

I'm not going into any details for 3KL's sake, but it was great. FYI you can provide some detail, I just don't want to read that she slurped your cock with enthusiasm or whatever other bullshit people write. The main point you're trying to make is that you tried something new and it went well. That's the important part. Action is good. When I have a win, I think great that's the problem solved and am then disappointed when it's still not plane sailing There are going to be ups and downs. Changin…

I didn’t have a comeback for that, so I didn’t say anything but held her close The lack of congruence is palpable. Did I want to build her comfort with being naked and sexy around me without the pressure to have sex. Yes. You wanted to have sex with her, but instead of admitting that you failed, it's nicer for your ego to pretend it's about building comfort. Rule 9

I will finish BOP this week. I will research this week this week I will map I will set one night I am going to set a goal Look at all that future tense. OYS isn't about what you 'will' do, its about what you 'have' done. Two weeks should be long enough for you to put the future tense into present tense.

I'm quite confused. If I follow the advice here sex goes up, quality goes up, my libido goes down, my motivation on self-improvement goes up and my relationship becomes emotionally more unstable (more like 2 people who met each other for the first time and go rough and instinctively). If I go back to my old self, sex goes down, quality goes down, my libido goes up, my motivation goes down and my relationship becomes more stable (more like a standard marriage with a lot of sweet and love words). …

Cool. Someone focusing on one thing properly. Personally, I would include some 'break' time in between your big chunks. I'm all for improving time usage, but too much at once is unlikely to be sustainable. You're not your own tyrant. Knowing you're about to do an hour solid of work is fine, but also knowing you're gonna relax for 5 minutes at the end of it will help keep you focused.

I am almost disappointed that it worked because it was probably self sabotage and covert contracts that pushed me to do it and it didn’t back fire like it should have. This is some pretty shit reflection. I forgot to do the work Not for 2 weeks or so. I wouldn’t fuck me either tbh so who is counting anyway. You are. When we were fucking I told her that she’s not allowed to cum and that I owned her pussy. She responded with moans of pleasure. I told her she loves daddy’s cock. She moaned some more and said “yes daddy”. I pulled out and came all over her waiting tongue. You had sex. That's great. Here is a ban for making me read about it in detail.

OYS reads like relationship advice. No one is blazing their own trail. Everyone is just 'reporting in'. Compare this week's OYS thread to any OYS thread 2+ years old and it's a night and day difference. I don't see any of the current crop making it.
/r/MarriedRedPill24/10/21 01:02 PM

Nah I'm pulling the plug. It's like talking to a 5 year old. Why daddy? But why? But why?

Stop trying so hard to fit your entire relationship into the RP lens. You're overthinking this shit. Either it's a deal breaker for you, or it isn't. You get to decide that, not us.

But a captain viewing the efficacy of his leadership based on FO (and crew) behavior is not without value. You can explain it however you like. The section in a nutshell is - Look at how my wife's responses have changed. It's so much better than it used to be. Tell me, what part of her responses to your changes are important to your changes? Is it how she responds? Is it because you like those responses? Would those responses change your behavior?
