You really asking for advice on cheating huh... alright, let’s give you the advice.

6 months is not an LTR.
Isolate her and start flirting with her aka sexual innuendos and see if you get positives responses from her.
Set a date and escalate like you’d do any other chick.
Pray her bf doesn’t find out and rips your head off.

There’s no real advice here because this isn’t an algebra problem, it’s literally the same every time unless it’s an over the top scenario.

Well first off, it sounds like you shouldn't be getting anything for your gf as she's speaking to her ex and refuses not to when you ask. Dont be naive, and break up with her.

Then I'd start worrying about acquiring plates. I would recommend not worrying about getting laid atm and work on strengthening your mental, standing your ground when you set boundaries. Also start hitting the gym at least 5 days a week if you aren't already.

You should have broke it off with your girl the second she refused your request to stop talking to her ex. If she complied, you can decide whether or not you want to give her another chance, if she refuses, ghost her.
