I've been lurking on here for a long time now, I was like most people the first time I visited, that it's just inherently a woman hating sub.
However, after reading what some of you had to say everything started to click with me. I got more and more interested because I recently got out of a year long relationship and I could identify almost exactly why the relationship failed. Why? The answer is easy; I wasn't being a man
That's another story that I will post in due time, as well as every single one of my blue-pill stories to date.
This is a bit of a long story but I have to tell it this way in order for the reader to get a good background.
Yesterday, I was doing yard work all morning to mid-afternoon with my father and my younger brother. The tasks included mowing lawns, weed whacking, digging holes, removing fence posts set in with concrete, and chopping down a tree.
If I could describe how hot it was that day it was like being on one of the upper circles of hell. It's whatever though, I had shit to do. The work wasn't tough until it was time to dig holes and remove the fence posts. Some of the posts on our fence were rotting and we also had to break up any remnants of the post that broke off into concrete when they were pulled out. It involved using a heavy digging bar, which if you don't know what that is it's basically a heavy metal rod molded at the end to look like a spear.
After we finished and my dad got into the shower my brother and I slipped off to our local mall to go get a quick last minute gag gift from Spencers. I left with my work clothes on, I hadn't showered, still had dirt all over me, and I was sweating because I drive a black car which everyone knows gets hotter than the core of the Earth in the summer. Fuck it right?
As we left Spencers my brother and I stopped at the pretzel shop. We sat down to eat on the bench and some girl walks by and then sits in the chair right next to us. She is staring at me, HARD, attempting to be discrete by is failing epically. She was a decent looking girl, maybe a 7/10. After sitting for a couple of minutes she gets up and walks off towards some clothing store. I check her out as she's walking off and then as she's halfway there she looks back at me again. It should be noted that she when she sat down she wasn't on her phone or anything like that, she just sat down.
I do work out but I'm not huge by any stretch of the imagination. I'm 6ft and about 170-175 lbs. Think of Andrew Garfield in the Spider-Man movies with smaller arms and some very slight belly fat. I did have some pump going in my upper body from swinging an ax and digging bar around. But as I said earlier, I was dirty and sweaty when I went.
I've seen posters in the subreddit say that women love the "rugged" look on a man because it exemplifies the tough "alpha" look.
