I never heard of this before (I mean I’ve heard it for injuries to back and joints and shit but not for PP gains). Report back what you find out!

The research suggests it's unlikely to do much on its own. It's best combined with jelquing, pumping, etc. It does seem to help men with erectile dysfunction, especially older men with significant and longstanding metabolic dysfunction. If that's not you, I wouldn't waste money on it.
