Hi, fellas. I will keep it simple. I have a resume of being asshole. What I noticed is that women stay with me only for short term not for long term.

They do all I say for short term and but in long run I can't keep them. Non of them wants LTR with me. Actually some of them can chop my balls if they have a chance. Only daddy issues, low self esteem girls want to have LTR. Sometimes I become over asshole and because of that I have lost all my options.

So, my question is How can I balance this nice guy and jerk traits? Are there any tips for this?
