Single people who are able to live by themselves and maintain a healthy live style should be more respected than someone married.

In work places it seems like unless your married, have kids or have a GF they just assume you have no responsibilities and haven’t struggled as much as anyone else.

The fact that we are able to live on our own should give us respect amongst others.

Those week old dishes in the sink, those clothes in the laundry hamper, that full trash can... that’s all done by me. No one else is going do those things.

Oh and by the way, that job that we are working at... if we get fired or quit, that’s our only means of survival. We would be on the street.

But you’re totally better than single people because you have a spouse and child to deal with. It’s soooo hard for you because you have to pick your lazy ass up and take out the trash./s

Married people literally have nothing to lose, they can fall back on their spouse at anytime.

Single people should have more respect in public (especially work places) than married people.

It just seems like married people think they hold a status above everyone else.
