Thanks for posting, u/whittlingman but this sub focuses on the material you want to discuss and YOUR thoughts on that material. Simply supplying the content does not invoke the discussions we want to have. You are free to repost with an archived link of the post in question, and then you must articulate your thoughts on it and why it answers The Big Question. You should be able to write up at least 500 words about this topic if you want to carry this post into the sub. Thanks.

Oh. I figured the written comments in the posted thread were sufficient enough to create a discussion as many of them go into detail on ALL the things women over look that men do “as emotional labor” in relationships. Basically defining “what good men do” and how when men do it women don’t even recognize men do it, because they didn’t “feel” it. Women just figured it was what men are expected to do and doing what your supposed to do is emotionally boring. So, while men are literally stressing themselves out emotionally to do the expected, women are ignorant to it or even worse bored of the relationship.
Resulting in women breaking up or divorcing “good men” because they were bored and didn’t “feel” their boyfriends/husbands were doing enough to make the relationship work “for them”, and instead they “felt tingles” for the dance instructor they met on vacation or the hot guy who works in the office next to theirs, meaning they think they can/should find someone who actually contributes to “their feelings” vs understanding that “good men” are equally contributing feelings/emotional labor to the relationship as a whole not just to the women themselves.
TLDR: Some women are obtuse and selfish.

Ok, but you have half a post in this comment alone. That is what I'm trying to get across to you. This sub focuses on YOUR thoughts, not just the fact that something aligns with sub exists. We want you to give us your take on answering the big question, which as I said, you have half done already.
Please read the rules. I'm not just making all of this up. Your format can be something like:
Please see the archived thread here.
Relevant comments are 1,2,3,4,etc (and actually put links here)
<Intro> (context)
<body> (above)
<conclusion> (why women can't find any good men)
If you have any other questions, please ask. I'd rather you focus on a quality post than just posting for the sake of the content. Thanks again.
