TL;DR: Two women take advantage of a 13 year old for their pleasure. Lack of Father Figure/ Male authority= Piss poor model for children and family structure

Body: I work as a lifeguard at the YMCA in my area, it's a decent job for a person my age. Two women came in to the pool area (One was in her early 20s, the other was her mother). The younger one said hello to me, showed IOIs, but that's not what this story is about. Along with the two women was a boy about the age of 13, assuming a younger brother to the younger woman and son of the oldest. He didn't finish his summer work, so he couldn't swim and that's alright. What wasn't alright was to treat him literally like the male version of Cinderella. He carried their water aerobics gear to the pool for them and his own mother is teasing him for not being able to swim. The pool area is small so I can just about any conversation above normal volume. She said to him "See, that could be you over there swimming (pointing to a group of children playing)." He is well aware of not being able to swim, it doesn't help to bring up the fact again. He left to the bathroom, and used the Family Room instead of the Men's restroom, which isn't that big of a deal. He comes back and his sister is scolding him because he used the wrong bathroom and tells him to " Get himself together". After scolding him they throw the water aerobics gear at his feet and he takes it back over the shelf where they belong. I was absolutely livid at what I had just saw.

The only conclusions I could draw from this scenario were:

  • Lack of Male Authority figure in household
  • Father left family, daughter and mother treat the son like crap to
    spite the Father
  • Two head female figures just want to be mean and nasty just for the hell of it

Also, I forgot to mention that they were obese women. The 13 year old wore glasses, was very timid sounding and looking. It reminded me of a scene from Eddie Murphy's Norbit, where the women were Rasputia and the boy was Norbit. I couldn't do anything for the kid. I felt bad for him. He might grow up and be a Beta who hates women.

Lessons Learned: If you have a family, you raise your kids to your own rubric and not your wife's. Or better yet, don't marry an American woman with piss poor attitude/morale/upbringing. Or don't marry at all.
