At this level of wealth, status and promiscuous behaviors, she has probably alpha widowed herself earlier than most would have.

She may be able to find a Good Man and have children if she puts her career on hold and really buckles down to determine what kind of man would be able to live a famous lifestyle while having prudent and conservative values. But such a man is rare and she would most likely look down on him anyway.

I know I'm being cliche here, but this just proves that while money and social status are some of the most desirable luxuries in the modern age, they will not aid in acquiring the most coveted and precious states of well being humans can have, love.
