What is this "social stigma?" Girls are told 'you go girl' when she sleeps with 7 different guys a week. The truth is that Chad would be getting laid even more but the other 90% of guys would just be getting bitched at more.

"everyone" would not be getting laid more... women and chad would be getting laid more, but chad already doesn't have a problem getting laid. he'd go from fucking 5-7 women a week to 20+ women a week.

the poster is a woman who describes herself as the "asian megan fox" after getting that as a compliment. even if she's a 7, you can be sure she'd only be fucking guys who are 9s and 10s.

I am a woman. Those comments were not meant to be interpreted literally. I was responding to someone who is essentially saying “then just stop caring”, to which I was responding in sarcasm that the problem is not that women care too much. It’s that, there is in fact a stigma working against us ( whether individual redditors feel affected by it or not )

Essentially, OP thinks that the majority of the populous has placed an undue burden on the drive to have sex.

I think the reason why the post was so considerably controversial is because men and women experience sexual attraction differently. As a women, where you can get dick where/when ever you want, it would appear a social stigma exists to limit your ability to exercise that privilege. As a man, where you must work hard on yourself, court a woman, and eventually get the prize of penetrating her, there exists no such stigma.

Men want sex and work to get sex. Women want commitment and deliver sex for that commitment. Since she is the one to deliver, and man is the one to pay, then she must be selective who she delivers her product to.

I think this is why the thread blew up. With that being said, I felt most of the comments were particularly tame with some obviously showing frustration on the matter that a woman can even complain about her contrived governance.

I'm pretty sure that the reason a woman doesn't sleep with a guy is seldom "Oh, the social stigma is to great!", it's "I don't wanna sleep with you, specifically you."

What I think OP here can evolve his comment is that reason why the woman has to "be selective", and I'm hoping I could bring some attention to.
