That is simply not how the legal system works, you are innocent until proven guilty (unless you're a man accused of rape), meaning you can not and will not be held accountable until a guilty verdict is rendered. Meaning prosecution is not a disqualifier for a pussypass.

It is exactly how the legal system works. Ask George Zimmerman and Darren Wilson if the presumption of innocence meant anything.

You are in the court room and facing charges because there was enough evidence to legally compel you by force of arms to meet trial. While there is a duty for the state to prove your guilt, they have already partially done so to get past an arraignment!

No, there are multiple potential outcomes, including plea deals, not guilty, mistrials, etc. You need a course in basic civics and how the legal system works.

Even then depending on her punishment it can still be a pussypass. If she gets only probation for something a man would have gotten several years in prison for, can you honestly call that a pussypass denied?

A woman in court is at least partially there because her pussy pass was denied. Otherwise she wouldn't be there at all.
A woman in court has the same rights as anyone else, including the right to make a defense and maybe - maybe - not actually be guilty of the crime after all.
If, and only if a woman is judged guilty or admits guilt and receives a lesser sentence than a man would receive in identical circumstances would she be considered gifted with a pussy pass. In any other circumstances, including being found not guilty after the state's best effort to prove guilt, and a competent jury hearing the full weight of the evidence, she has not received a pussy pass.

Look at Casey Anthony. A jury heard every bit of evidence and declared her not guilty. Do I agree? Absolutely not. She's as guilty as OJ. However, I didn't hear the entire evidence and my opinion is based on news reports that love to roast people over the court of public opinion. Did she get off because of her pussy? Hard to say. Personally, I believe that her prosecution was inept.

However, the legal system ruled that she was not guilty of the charges. Case over. Now, had she been convicted of double homicide and given probation instead of 25 to life for each murder, that would clearly be a pussy pass.

Don't let your anger rule you, son. Women get a lot of free passes in life. That's no reason to hate them and no reason not to look at them with clear and honest eyes.

Which is ridiculous. She shot him in the heart. No one commits suicide by shooting themselves in the heart. The risks of survival are too great. It's more possible to survive cardiac damage by gunshot than it is to survive brain damage. It doesn't practically guarantee death like putting the barrel to the forehead or under the chin.

Also, how can we say the evidence isn't consistent with homicide? Let's say he really did shoot himself. If that's the case, the gun had to have been held at very close range, like less than 3 feet from the torso. There would have been all kinds of physical evidence to support a shot-self-in-chest suicide - powder residue on clothes. Burn mark on clothes. Bullet damage (does more when shot at close range). Bullet trajectory evidence based on the man's height and where gun was held. Blood spatter evidence. Position of the gun relative to the body. These things should be consistent with a self-inflicted wound.

And the caller said the man was drunk, like really drunk. We're supposed to believe he had the coordination to load, chamber a round, and position the gun juuust right to deliver one, and only one, fatal shot to the heart, while blasted out of his mind?

Shit, I'm not even a detective or a criminal lawyer. This is just off the top of my head. (No, I'm none of those things, but I've watched CSI Miami and House.)
