My good friend is married to a girl from a 3rd world country. Some background is that he had a long distance relationship for 2 years and then on the 3rd year, they married in 3rd world country when he went to visit for a few months. After getting married, my friend went back home and the girl stayed in 3rd world country to wait for the green card. My friend then cheated with some girl for just sex at home and his wife finally came over with the green card like half a year later. He recently found out his girl cheated on him for 7 months after they were married for a couple of months (Long distance) and she had an emotionally invested relationship. The girl ended the affair when she got the green card and was able to come to the first world country. From my perspective and knowledge of the red pill, I'd drop this girl so fast but in his situation, he has depression and is too emotionally invested in her as person he relies on for his emotions/problems. He forgave the girl and said he loved her after they cried. My question is what are the long term events that may happen if he continues with this situation? He comes from a religious family and his friends all know he just got married so it would be pretty devastating situation that he probably wouldn't be able to handle. The best option seems like he should stay with her so he doesn't fall apart mentally despite all cons. --My bad if the story is kind of confusing, tried to keep it short with all necessary information. Thanks!

TLDR of Situation: Long distance Relationship (1st to 3rd world country), Got married really fast, Friend then cheated for a month just for sex after he went back home, Girl had a 7 month emotionally invested relationship after marriage with another guy, Girl only ended affair after she got the green card and told my friend about the affair honestly to ask for forgiveness
