So a plate I've been seeing has all of a sudden starting subtle pushing for commitment. At least that is what my gut is telling me.

I would actually like to promote her but how do I do it in a way that doesn't lower the value of it.

Do I wait til she asks and say yes? Or do I offer it? Or do I even say nothing but just increase the amount of time I spend and things I do for her?
