As someone that has had RP change their life, it pains me to see what this sub is becoming.

Post after post after post of questions that should be known/obvious, yet somehow aren’t, along with countless comments of even worse advice. (Relax, I’m not saying I’m the epitome of excellence - though when there are blind leading the blind, that’s problematic.)

I came across some posts of those asking/offering what we can do to help this sub. Might I suggest a lockdown (like other subs) where the only way a post goes through is if it meets the template criteria.

Template/Posts should consist of the following to be allowed through (IMO).

-Age:

-How long have you been RP:

-How much of the sidebar have you completed: (Prove it/show your knowledge)

-what is your issue/problem:

-why did you think it required a post:

-what do you think you should do about the issue/problem

-Other:

This at least let’s us know whom we might be dealing with and if they even deserve the advice/help.
