Quarantine, quarantine, quarantine.

A situation that drives even the biggest computer nerds to boredom and makes them leave their devices. However, with the local Iron Church being closed, and Amazon cutting non-essential(???)[Lifting is essential tho] shipments, what kind of solutions can you guys think of?

I'm doing this twice a day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wWzjGouio8U. That, and reverse pushups from chair(triceps). While technically it's not lifting but more like aerobics, I am still working out.

Is it good enough? Or is there something else, some other program I could further complement the one I'm doing with?

FYI I don't have any dumbbels or any other gym equipment in my home.
