She lives at home. She started dating me a few months ago and even though her parents aren't very happy, they let her be.

However, whenever something comes up and her parents think it's not a good idea for her to go out with me or similar, her father raises his voice and puts her on a corner like if she was a teenager.

My girlfriend hates confrontation and after a while she starts listening to her father to avoid making her angry, and this is taking a toll on my relationship cause I don't know how to deal with a 29 years old woman who acts like this.

When she decides to make a decision and ignore her father, she comes to my place and cries about the fact she got shouted at by her dad.

She's not behaving like an adult capable of making her own decisions but as a teenager that tries not to make her parents angry.

Any opinion on the matter?

edit: her father is currently flipping out because of the coronavirus, but the three of us are healthy and only seeing each other (I saw her two days ago). Even if she comes to my place, it's in her car, closed doors, no risk. We are not seeing any other people.

She cannot move to my place cause her father is alone (her mother is away and cannot come back for weeks), therefore I offered to move into her place so we could all be together, and her father also forbade that, specifically saying HE DOESN'T WANT US TO SEE EACH OTHER.

This level of control is not ok.
