Hey guys,

I swallowed the red pill a few months ago and since have been approaching more, focusing on lifting, meditation, and reading a lot of books (currently reading The Rational Male). One of the problems I've come across is that I cannot relate to any of my old friends anymore. I was hanging out with one of my friends the other day and he was telling me how he went on 4 dates with this girl from work and didn't even kiss her yet. I told him he should escalate sooner and more aggressively in the future and he seemed to have oneitus for this chick and said she started ghosting him. I was thinking "Well no shit she's going to ghost you after you weren't able to make a single move even after 4 dates" but just told him to give her 2-3 weeks and hit her with a text then. I was explaining to him the importance of having an abundance mindset but he kept talking about how much he liked this girl. A lot of my old friends are very beta and don't focus on self-improvement at all. They like to complain about how they don't get girls, etc. but I never see them approaching and they don't workout or do anything to improve themselves. A part of me wants to cut off completely with these friends and be without friends but sometimes I feel lonely and will end up texting one of my friends to grab drinks or do something.

Do you guys think it is better to have no friends and try to find new social connections than it is to continue to hang out with beta/blue pilled guys? Should I cut off contact completely with these friends? When you're in a stage where you're trying to find new friends and spin plates but currently have none how do you deal with the feeling of loneliness/isolation?

TLDR; After swallowing red pill realized old friends are very blue pilled/beta. Not sure whether to cut off contact and try to meet new people or keep in touch. Also looking for ways to deal with the feelings of loneliness when looking for new friends/plates.
