Please bear in mind this based on my own observations. This does not reflect my personal opinions at all.

Even though equality has somewhat kicked in I'd say in terms of workplace value men still generally have more value even though it's slowly equalising. I feel men still navigate these areas more fluidly and naturally. Women still might struggle to be taken seriously in some cases due to old prejudices (even though that certainly shouldn't be the case).

That said about work. In other areas such as hospitality and security, women have a very high value. This is due to them generally being more approachable than men. They are generally more empathetic and kind aswell and can generally give off a good first impression and calm a situation down.

Romantic value I'd say in terms of value it's 50/50. Women want a high value man and men want a high value women. Thing is I feel that a large percentage of men and women's standards are so high that finding people who live up to them is difficult.
