It's scary and sad but everywhere you look there really is a lack of sympathy for men. Not only that but people are actually laughing at men who owe child support and say they deserve no money and to be thrown in jail because they aren't following through on their responsibilities. Yeah taking their money and throwing them in jail is really not going to help the issue. No mention of holding women accountable or how they game the system or how tough the system is on men. It just sucks because it's a corrupt broken system and people are just kicking men when they are down and we've got women and lawyers in men's pockets stealing what is not rightfully theirs.

The break is between payments. Actually they are unlikely to jail anyone with out a long process. However they rarely lower any of these payments they just wont currently punish you for making them. The amounts will still add up. So next year you will b expected to make double payments and thats really really easy were all rich CEO s. Just like making double new truck payments but not having a vehicle at all. Dont you wish you were in this boat?

Business 101, Landlords don't want empty buildings they cannot rent out and banks don't want houses they cannot sell. Both are betting on bailout money getting to residents and the residents will start paying once the emergency is over and can get back to work.

Family courts cannot be seen as weak or compassionate to "deadbeat dads" who lost their jobs due to the economic issues cause by the virus. There is federal grant money, bail out money and unemployment benefits to go after.
