I currently work in steel production for cylinders that hold refrigerant and am considered an essential worker and there are other women that work here but 95% of the workforce is male. A lot of people have taken advantage of this and have called off sick with no penalty but those of us that are still making the company run to provide hvac companies with containing equipment are sure proud to do so.
