Just like the church a couple of hundred years ago these people erect monumental buildings, see themselves a bit noble and more honorable than the rest of us, demands obedience from their subjects, but they are really a joke that cannot even get the most basics right and this so-called judiciary is probably the most corrupt of institutions we have.

But you have to admit that they have come up with an unbeatable business model in civil matters and in divorce cases in particular. For me this is a really sick legal system we have where the incentives to take things to court for one of the parties makes sure that lawyers and courts make as much money as possible. Who would not like to have a life long holiday based on alimony that a little judge decides for you (95% of the time to the ex-wife), you would be a bit stupid not to take the other party to court. And this is at a time when most couples both works. You have one example here:

It is a great business model but certainly not in the best interest of the children, a mantra the judiciary runs over and over again. They don’t seem to have much respect for the laws we all put in place by our lawmakers nor the basics legal processes and the rights of people to be heard and provide their point of view. As long as they can decide and make some money (what a job making money on other people’s misery) they just decide what they want, laws what laws? You have the last answer from the European Commission here:

These people are a joke if it was not for the dire consequences for our children. The basics in a divorce should be that you divide up 50/50 what you have acquired together and after that you owe each other nothing, you share 50/50 to take care of your children and bring them up as best as you can with no courts involved. This is how it works where I come from but that would make the money machine to stop and we cannot allow that to happen, can we, and in the end who cares about the children as long as we can decide about other people’s life and cash in on it…
