Basically, MGTOW is against a marriage, but, "Their Own" means a marriage is fine, especially when you married 10 years ago. So here, advices and ideas which worked great to me.

First of all, don't fall into a common trap - becoming an ATM by your own will. Nope, your role is not an ATM! Your goal is to enjoy the marriage. I tried the being ATM approach at the start - zero respect. $20K per year. $100K per year. $200K per year. ZERO difference, even less respect from $200K per year, can you guess that? I could not.

Next, a great idea. You should be ready to find a new girl within a day or two if your wife goes crazy. More important - your wife should see that! Nice income, healthy, good enough shape, always positive, never bitch. Quite often a wife will try to play you like "no, you are dumb, but I love you, other will never love you like me" to lower your self respect. She wants to keep you away from other women. Fuckt it! Always have an approach "I'm the best, all I 've done and all I do is the only proper way. Noone is better than me"

Also, be a leader in a marriage. A woman can not love someone who is worse than her. Be stronger, taller, have a better job(or make her without job at all), have a better phone, a better laptop, a better car, be more muscular, stronger. Smarter, at last. And whenever you discuss something - treat her as a small child whom you give a command. Never start, "Honey, what do you think, should we buy that toilet paper or the one which is yellow?" or "I'm thinking about buying a new TV / PS4/ PC, would not you mind if". Stop here! You are a leader, she is a small child. Inform her, but no more.

Finally, regarding sex, it was pretty hard at start, when I was blue pilled. But take it easy - "I love you because of your pussy / ass and 24 / 7 / 365 availability". No sex - no commitment. No presents. No nice words. Make it clear - "Your goal is a kitchen, children, and a bed". She ignores her duty - you ignore your duty. But do it fair, again. She did well - you do well. She decided to avoid her duty - punish her for a day or two, but not more. And show her how great everything can be. Easy. Train her like a dog. Ah, if she has a libido issue. Androgel / Testogel, 1/2 package (25mg) a day. She'll get a crazy horniness from that!

Now, regarding that all women are like that, of course they are! So how to prevent cheating:

- fuck her daily. Twice if you can ;)

- no male friends. Absolutely. block all previous male contacts.
