Maybe not a father figure exactly, but I've had older male role models who I respect and learned from. High school coach, senior colleague.

When I was about 17-20ish, I had a friend who's dad was sort of the "stoner dad" of the group. We'd hang out at their apartment, and he'd often tell us stories and give us advice that our normie "don't do drugs, kids" parents would never give. Some of which was good, some of which you'd never want to follow.

I'd say he was more of a "cool uncle" type figure than a father, though.
