Hi. I have been traveling a lot. Had few startups, etc. London based.

I am sociable, extraverted person. People who like me socially keep on bailing out after saying yes let's do it.

For me it was difficult to find someone to co operate with. For example to find a co founder or advisor.

My friend promised me to help with one of my ideas, once I got money to start - he suddenly stopped talking to me for 6 months...

Met another guy who wanted to do SAAS. Had the money, wanted me to kick start it. After few meetings when it was clear that I am serious - no more communications.

Now I simply do stuff by myself + paid help and things work bit by bit.

What are the likely reasons behind lack of co operation....
