100+ applications in 4 months follow. Mostly the usual ghosting from HR people, but s very telling interview with the Millennial "Head of User Experience" at one place ( who then ghosted me, great user experience, Mr White knight soyboy simp). He was also looking for only females. Another place rejected me ( ghosted after phone interview) despite two senior males at that company knowing me and vouching for my work. Today on LinkedIn a video from that company, I shit you not, entitled "This is the year of the female at X". I've reached the simple conclusion there that I wasn't hired because I'm male.

It gets worse every few years when I'm out of work but this time around was a quantum leap. I kept treading water with temp work and finally, after far too long for someone of 25 years experience in a not overly well paid profession I got a role. Agency stuff, longer hours.

My wife was happy at first. I even got my first sex since I became subhuman and got made redundant, pretty much. ( None since, though, of course. At least I "proved my worth" SMFH

But since, well let's say I'm looking forward to the long hours, probably making women look better than they are.

They've made it the women's world it is today. This might even be the last job I can get ( preferable to working from home and the fucking nag nag). The dystopia is real and it's getting worse, so hold onto those jobs! I've done some sneaky follow-up and of the 6 roles filled that I interviewed for and also know the outcome ALL of them went to either a Millennial ( far less experience) white female or a female name that sounded white.
