I have recently come up with a new theory and term called bending. We all know how women shit test us, to poke at our weaknesses and test alignment of our thoughts, words and actions.

Bending is something different. Passing shit tests is letting women feel our strength, but a woman will always try to bend your thoughts, words and actions to her favor.

She does this by a constant but subtle form of manipulation, always trying to "bend" your actions towards doing whatever she wants. The thing is, once you've been bended enough to suit her needs, your attraction is out the window.

Example: Your lifestyle pisses her off, and she tells you to stop living the way you want. You change your personality and censor yourself in order to please her, leaving her with a boring beta who lowered his value by giving his sense of self that made him attractive in the first place, away. In the end you become her little tool, leading her to dump you for a person with pride without hesitation.

This is why it is extremely important to always hold your frame and be honest to yourself. When something is not right, acknowledge it and do something about it. Demanding respect is essential. Listening and adapting is important, but decisions regarding your life has to be made on your own.

The good thing is, you can bend as well. Every social relationship you have should be beneficial for you. Use it to add value to your life, thereby investing in yourself by using bending to your advantage. Refusing to bend by having a strong sense of self will also be reflected by an increase in your value.

On another note, I've taken a break from this subreddit for a while. Going out, meeting new people, analysing situations and coming to your own conclusions is one of the most important things you can do.
