I'll keep this short and to the point. I met a girl a little over 2 years ago and we hit it off really well. I didn't think she was a "unicorn" but seemed like someone with a head on her shoulders. Anyways at the end of our first year I fucked up. I got her pregnant and she wasn't willing to get an abortion so I said ok but that means we have to commit to each other, basically be married without the contract, blah blah you get the point. I wanted to do the "right" thing and be a responsible father.

Shortly before getting pregnant she had moved out of her mom's house and got an apartment with her step dad so that she could help him with the bills. Once she got pregnant I practically moved in with her but never paid rent. The whole time I was working as a private contractor and finishing my computer science degree. The lease was up right after the baby was born and we moved in with my parents so that we could stay together and I could finish my last semester of uni.

So anyway we moved in a few months ago and I need her out of my house. I had a suspicion she was talking to her ex and I was proven right after checking her phone. That was the last straw. All she ever does is bitch and I've only been trying to make it work because I want to be around my child and make sure my BM doesn't corrupt my kid.

I want to break up and kick her out but am unsure how this will affect my custody and if she can sue me for anything other than child support. I will meet with an attorney monday but I don't think I can wait that long. Any advice is appreciated.
