The title seems like it was written by a bitter woman. Why use the word "refuses"? That implies that he should date women close to his age, yet he does not do it. Why is that an obligation?

A more accurate title would be: Leonardo Dicaprio only dates women in their early-to-mid 20s.

I may not agree with Hollywood, but I do agree with Leonardo's age choice of women. Always date age limit 20 - 25, between that and no more than 25.

I have to say that I’m older than Leo and tend to do the same. Currently hanging with one that’s almost half my age.

Women are only a tad bit of fun when they are 25 or under, and some are marginally fun again when they are 60.

The late 20s to early 50s are useless. Too much work, little reward.
