One of the most important works of literature ever written in the U it’s States. Absolutely amazing. And no women.

I've read the book several times, and lived in a very similar way at one point in my younger days.
It's well written, and has many points related to practical living and being alone that are intriguing to say the least
Bear in mind though that Thoreau was not a completely self sufficient hermit. He lived on land that someone else had to pay taxes on, and he had help from family during his time living in the cabin.
For another interesting read from HD Thoreau, check out "A week on the Concord & Merrimack rivers"

I'm reading this now. This beautiful new illustrated copy. It's really carrying me through on days when it's hard to stay the MGTOW course! Thank you HDT.
