I think for the same reason FDS don't want men's right activists posting there. You are married so men in a strongly anti marry subreddit might not welcome you. Don't think you can really claim to be MGTOW or redpilled though due the fact your married showing you don't really buy into it...

Personally I don't really care though

Need more info. What did you say? Of course it's up to the moderators. But it's usually something they think is disrespectful or spreading hate. And some are quite politically correct despite the fact that Redpill is the last thing that should be politically correct.

I think bots handle the banning too. So handful of reports and your gone. That's how you handle a different opinion, ban it.
